This sauce makes my taste buds happy. It taste similar to a barbeque sauce with a kick and an island flavor. It's not as thick as I thought so I thought I poured too much but since it's big on delicious flavor and not too spicy, everything was still irie 😉. I put it on salmon but it also got on the greens and the rice and peas and I still loved it all. And did I mention it tastes incredible?

This is the best Jerk Sauce that I've ever bought. I've purchased 3-4 other Jerk sauces over the years from various stores but none of them compare to the taste of "Taste of Island Spice" Jerk Sauce. The sauce is somewhat sweet with a lite kick but it is tame enough for my seven year old. He's looking forward to having some jerk chicken wings for the Super Bowl tomorrow!

Taste of the island, Island spice-Jerk sauce was absolutely delicious. I know when we think of jerk sauce we automatically think spicy. This has just the right amount of spice without being too spicy so people who don’t like spicy things no worries. You’re gonna love it.
We made stirfry chicken and broccoli with it. It was top-notch delicious. Can’t wait to buy more and give some as gifts to our friends and family.
